RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

All returns must be sent to 17 Victoria Bay Lodge, N2 National, George, Western Cape, South Africa 6529. The customer has to notify CorinneSmit.Art that goods are being returned, and a copy of the proof of return (image) stating the tracking number has to be sent to one of our email accounts. The parcel needs to be insured for the total value of the product.


Q: How do returns work?

A: Should an item not meet with your satisfaction for whatever reason, you may return the goods to CorinneSmit.Art within seven days of receipt. The goods must be returned with all packaging and documentation and be undamaged in any way. A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods.

Once CorinneSmit.Art receives the returned goods, you will get a full refund for the item. However, please note that all direct costs incurred by CorinneSmit.Art associated with the order such as actual delivery costs will be taken off the amount refunded to you.


Q: What happens if I am not happy with the product I receive?

A: According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 7 days to effect a return following the day of the arrival of the goods. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and documentation, and in a re-saleable state. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.

If an order is cancelled/returned, a 15% handling fee will be levied to cover processing/handling costs.

If an unwanted product is returned and exchanged for a different product, you will be charged or refunded any price difference, and you will be charged for return shipping.
