If you are looking for quality, style and comfort these beauties are a great investment to add to your fashionista’s wardrobe. The promise range lends itself to be worn throughout all seasons. You can also wear them with or without secret socks. Undoubtedly it is a great everyday wear slipper for indoors, but are UV protected and also suited for sunny conditions outdoors. They are not recommended for wet weather conditions. The elasticated upper holds securely to your foot, and the thin leather sole almost feels like a second skin to walking barefoot.  You can wear them as they are, or insert an insole for added soft cushioning.

Also the promise range ladies leather shoes make the best travel shoes since they are super lightweight and hardly take up any space in your overnight travel bag.

 

About Corinne Smit’s Art

Corinne Smit is a qualified fine artist since 2003. Her art features internationally. She paints publicly with live performance art at Art On Stage. Also, she loves to travel and has put up her easel to birth new creations in California, USA, Israel and South Africa. Her art features in the marketplace industry in a variety of products including her exclusive ranges of bespoke soft leather designer shoes.

About the Slippers

In 2005 Corinne Smit held her solo exhibition at the AVA, the Association for Visual Arts in Cape Town, South Africa, featuring her sculptural shoes. Since then, she has always wanted to design her own shoe range. In January 2022 she decided to pursue this dream and make it a reality.

The label, Step into your promised land, is a declaration to claim our individual “promised land”. She believes that God has uniquely created all individuals with a specific purpose. “I have designed these shoes with the prophetic purpose for the individuals wearing these shoes to step into their God-ordained destinies”.

The different ranges include the Infinity range which features the Red Sunflower, Abundant Joy and Touching His Hem artworks. The Infinity shoe range can be worn throughout all seasons.

The Destiny range features the Sunflower painting and is a comfortable summer shoe but could also be worn with stockings in winter.

The Promise range features the super comfortable soft leather slippers for everyday wear and is a great soft leather attribute when packing your overnight travel bag.

 

About the Time2Rise Image

The Time2Rise Eagle is a close-up of a beautiful bright and colourful eagle contrasted against a fiery sun-kissed sky. The eagle is painted in the bright colours that represent the seven spirits of God.

 

Background

I painted the Time2Rise eagle during the Time2Rise South Africa event in Bloemfontein on the 6th of October 2023 on the opening evening. While painting, I felt that Holy Spirit was specifically addressing that adversity is for advancement.

Similarly the eagle uses the storm to go to greater heights and rise above it and let the wind carry him to his destinations. In the same way for the eagle it is effortless effort to soar above the storms.

Just as the eagle uses the storms in life to elevate him, so also we should allow God to elevate us to rise above the adversities in our lives to our advancement and His glory.

During the course of the gathering several people came to me and said that I captured the colours of the seven spirits of God.:

 

7 SPIRITS OF GOD

Red: Spirit of the Lord

Orange: Spirit of Wisdom

Yellow: Spirit of Understanding

Green: Spirit of Council

Indigo: Spirit of Might/ Power (indigo)

Purple: Spirit of Knowledge

Blue: Spirit of the Fear of the Lord

 

Prophetic Revelation of colours

I love to use the rainbow colours in my paintings as a reminder of God’s covenant promises. The fact that the colours of the Time2Rise eagle reflect the seven spirits of God emphasizes the message of this prophetic painting even more. Notwithstanding we need to seek Him, and His wisdom, council, understanding and knowledge. With this purpose in mind we should also seek to walk in His Spirit of power and the reverent awe of God.

 

In light of the prophetic meaning of colours Martin van der Merwe reminds us that we are heavenly beings with an earthly task and that we should implement our calling (2 Pet 1:10).

He shares the following interpretations and highlights of the meaning of colours in his book “Hearing God: Colours Dictionary: Prophetic Revelations of Colours”:

Red: Crimson stands for royalty and represents the redemptive blood of Christ.

Orange: Symbolic for blessings and happiness. It also stands for Divine election and represents perfection. Spiritually it stands for completeness, perfect government, a nation [12 tribes, 12 apostles] (Ex 24:4).

Yellow: Describes gold. Glory within victory and presence of God, anointing of the Holy Spirit

Green: Praise and Worship. Prosperity in all areas of your life. Can refer to financial blessing and growth and fruitfulness in your business or ministry.

Indigo: Emphasis on dignity, wealth and peace, confidence, discernment, righteousness, royalty and perfect and great value.

Purple: Royalty, wealth, authority, wisdom, elegance, righteousness, honour, heavenly or divine appointment.

Blue: Peace, harmony, heavenly revelations, royalty, holiness, and the apostolic.

 

Last but not least

Let us unite as one and seek the leading of God’s Holy Spirit in all seven aspects to conquer the adversity that we face as individuals and as a collective remnant. Let us rise above the divides to stand victorious.

Return Policy: If you are unhappy with your purchase you are welcome to return it in its original packaging and condition at your own cost and we will gladly re-fund you. Quality: It is to our utmost importance to deliver high quality items. Please note however that our products are locally manufactured and uniquely hand-crafted and therefore minor imperfections can arise which form a part of the promise range.

Instructions for Care and Maintenance: Please do not use any leather treatments or waxes since we cannot guarantee that it will not affect the print. The print is weather resistant, but if cleaning is required, please use a soft damp sponge, and gently remove any dirt and carefully dry with a soft cloth. General wear will affect the leather and form natural creases which add to the character of the shoes. For additional care, you may spray it with approved weather-resistant and waterproof spray tested for leather-printed products.
